In honor of the citizens of Seminole County who served in World War II, special remembrance is given to those who paid the supreme sacrifice: Rufus Baxter, Jesse R. Chambers, Roy J. Condrey, Wallace Dawson, Henry R. Gause, Dock B. Grant, Edd F. Horne, Stonewall Jackson Raley, James Reynolds McCalvin Robinson, Jr., Harold Rogers, and Rufus Woodham.
