Rabbit Hill, also known as Knoll Hill, is a 797-foot knoll in Newbury Park, California, within Knoll Park or Knoll Open Space. Though modest in size, it stands among the highest peaks in Newbury Park outside the Santa Monica Mountains. Reached from the trailhead on North Reino Road across from the Pepper Tree Playfields, the sloping Knoll Trail, also called the Pepper Tree Vista Trail, leads to the summit. From the top, visitors have wide views over Newbury Park and Casa Conejo, with Boney Mountain, Thousand Oaks, and Conejo Mountain visible. The surrounding 21-acre open space is marked by coastal sage scrub and grassland.
