This memorial honors all veterans, especially those who gave their lives, including P.F.C. Aloys Tebbe, born May 1, 1915, died March 31, 1943, killed in action in World War II; S/Sgt. Harry A. Rosen, born August 31, 1917, died November 3, 1944, killed in action in World War II; and C.P.L. Daniel E. Rosen, born August 17, 1950, died May 14, 1969, killed in action in Vietnam.
