Dedicated on June 25, 1993, Canton Veterans Memorial honors all military personnel from the community who have served this country in the past, present, and future. It was made possible by donations from many area businesses and citizens, with major contributors including Thomas J. Yack, Jack Demmer Ford, Blackwell Ford, Don Massey Cadillac, Meijer Inc., Hines Park Lincoln Mercury, Conrail, Drawtite, Van Esley Real Estate, and Parkway Veterinary Clinic.
