On January 9, 1867, H. Kohn No. 2 conveyed Lot 11, Block 3 to Leopold Lobner. Leopold and Josephine Lobner operated a general merchandise store there, and it has always remained a retail store in the Lobner family. The present owner is Kneeland H. Lobner.
