Conceived in 2010 by residents Larry Kloze, an expert Master Gardener, and Naomi Goldstick Rosner, the Mount Washington community vegetable garden became a reality with support from the Mount Washington Association under President Ira Kolman and from Baltimore City Parks. The garden is named in memory of Eric Waller, a longtime Mount Washington resident, lawyer, beekeeper, and gardener. Brent T. Figlestahler, a landscape architect and Mount Washington resident, donated his time and services by designing the garden fence and supervising its construction in 2017.
