Snyder Covered Bridge No. 17 is a historic wooden covered bridge in Locust Township, Columbia County, Pennsylvania. Built in 1860, it uses a Queen Post Truss design to span Roaring Creek and measures 60.2 feet long. Its galvanized steel roof helped protect the timber structure, reflecting the practical features that allowed such bridges to endure. It is one of 28 historic covered bridges in Columbia and Montour Counties, a notable regional concentration of 19th-century road bridges. Its significance was formally recognized when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
