Hollingshead Covered Bridge was built in 1851 and rehabilitated in 1999. The property was placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior. The rehabilitation project involved Columbia County Commissioners Leroy O. Diehl, chairman, Frederick T. Trump, and William M. Soberick, with Gail S. Kipp as project coordinator, Larson Design Group, Inc. as design consultant engineer, and Lycoming Supply, Inc. as contractor.
