So-Bahli-Alhi Glacier lies on the north slopes of Whitehorse Mountain in Washington’s Snoqualmie National Forest. Its name is said to mean “lofty lady from the east” in a Native American language, giving the glacier a distinctive identity tied to the region’s cultural landscape.
