The main barn is the largest building and has a loafing shed, milking parlor, and attached stone milkhouse. It was built in 1871 by Phillip Obermeyer and was later converted into a dairy barn by the Roush family. The Sandusky County Park District performed the main repairs on the barn from 2004-2005. The wood used to replace the siding and floors came from ash trees from the tree farm on the property. Today, the barn is available as a rental facility.
