Paradise Mountain, also known as Mount Paradise, is a 1,606-foot peak in the Kittatinny Mountains of northwestern New Jersey, in Sussex County within the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. It lies along the Appalachian Trail, placing it on one of the United States' best-known long-distance footpaths. As part of the Kittatinny ridge, it belongs to the long, narrow mountain wall that helps shape this section of the Delaware Valley. Today, it stands within a protected landscape managed for recreation and conservation.
