Tobias of Company C, 110th Pennsylvania, and Private John W. Walker of Company C, 110th Pennsylvania, who were mortally wounded; and Private Martin Gates and Private George Lammison, both of Company C, 110th Pennsylvania, who were wounded. Veterans from Morrisons Cove who served there came from a range of Pennsylvania, Maryland, and artillery and cavalry units, including the 110th Pennsylvania, 84th Pennsylvania, 53rd Pennsylvania, 49th Pennsylvania, 62nd Pennsylvania, 28th Pennsylvania, 111th Pennsylvania, 1st Pennsylvania Cavalry, 1st Pennsylvania Artillery, and 3rd Maryland.
