Built in 1938 as the Florence Theatre, this stucco-fronted building was refurnished and renamed the Harbor Theater after an internal fire in 1957. As one of the last neighborhood theaters operating in Oregon, it continued serving candy bars, popcorn, and movies until closing in 2003. In May 2004, the historic building was transformed into On Your Feet Footwear, and its distinctive neon sign, now displaying SHOES, has lit up Bay Street for over six decades.
