Westmoreland City dedicated this honor roll and veterans memorial to its men and women who served in the global war, especially those who gave their lives: Vincent C. Arbaugh, Paul Blaho, David Bower, Charles Butler, Joseph Doshen, John Garbin, Jack Johnson, Alexander Lukart, Arthur Roberts, and Livio Vieceli. It also honored many other community members for their service and closed with a tribute to those who served in World War I, 1917-1918; World War II, 1941-1945; the Korean Conflict, 1951-1955; the Viet Nam Era, 1964-1975; Lebanon, 1983-1984; Granada, 1983; Panama, 1989-1990; and the Persian Gulf, 1990-1991.
