These light poles came from Peabody High School, which operated from 1923 to 1996. Bob and Susan Marshall of Peabody donated them to the Peabody Historical Society. Their installation at this location was a joint effort between the historical society and the Peabody Township Library, Doris Tanner Memorial, in May 2006.
