Chilnualna Falls is a five-tiered waterfall on Chilnualna Creek in the southern part of Yosemite National Park, California, with a combined height of about 690 feet. Instead of a single sheer drop, it descends in varied stages, including a largest plunge of about 300 feet, creating a long stepped cascade. Reached from Wawona by a route that climbs from about 4,000 feet to around 6,200 feet, it is also a popular horseback-riding destination. The falls are notable for their cumulative scale, forested approach, and location in Yosemite’s less visited southern section, apart from the better-known waterfalls of Yosemite Valley.
