Breakneck Hill is a 1,872-foot mountain in Allegany County, western Maryland, within the Ridge and Valley section of the Appalachian Mountains. Located just south of Interstate 68, across from Rocky Gap State Park, and about 2 miles northwest of Rush, it is part of the long, folded ridges that characterize this landscape.
