Built in 1889, this building's second floor was purchased in 1897 by the Knights of Pythias, Osceola Lodge no. 96, and was later used by the Winchester Bar & Law Library. During World War II, the Red Cross taught adult first aid courses upstairs. In the 1920s, Anderson's Garage removed the front downstairs wall to provide access for automobiles. Since 1938, the street-level store has housed Hinshaw's, Leichty's, and Philpott's barbershops.
