Long operated by William Fick and his family, this blacksmith shop produced a superior brand of rugged, durable quartz wagons that hauled ore from the mines to the mills along Clear Creek. Traveling artists for the American Tobacco Company painted the Bull Durham sign in the late 1800’s. The building was renovated as an art gallery in the late 20th century before being reborn as a casino.
