The Shasta Union High School War Memorial is dedicated to all veterans of Shasta Union High School and invokes the words, “From This Day To The Ending Of The World, ...We In It Shall Be Remembered ...We Band Of Brothers.” It honors those from the school who died in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, naming the World War II fatalities Elton Barker, Bilton Beed, Wayne Boswell, Dale Brazelton, Lloyd Brown, Kenneth Carr, Paul Carr, Thomas Clayton, Charles Cunningham, Edwin Douthit, Arther Essex, Phillip Farley, Victor Franchetti, Donald Freimann, Melvin Gemmill, Patrick Gotchy, Joseph Gregory, Vernon Grow, Henry Haley, Charles Hawkins, Willis Hightower, Lloyd Hollibaugh, Howard Mccartin, Ray Mccormick, Charles Mcwhirk, Richard Minear, Robert Mottern, Harry Parry, Gerald Rutherford, Alvin Severson, Willard Skene, Benny Upton, Fred Wakeman, Charley F.
