Wellsville's mural brings together scenes, institutions, landmarks, businesses, and people tied to the town's history, including the Wellsville Revitalization Committee picnic, Riverside Presbyterian Church, founded April 5, 1831, the Liberty Theater, the Delta Queen, Ohio presidents William H. Harrison, Ulysses S. Grant, Rutherford B. Hayes, James A. Garfield, Benjamin Harrison, William McKinley, William H. Taft, and Warren G. Harding, Indian Head Rock and Bottleneck Kiln, Old Main Street, Saint Rocco's Festival, CF Bank, established 1892 and formerly Central Federal Savings, remembrance for those who made the ultimate sacrifice and for Ernie Madden, the Delore House and Underground Railroad, Immaculate Conception School and Church-School, Old Roadside Park, Nicholson Stadium, Prezzia's Shoe Shop, Johnnie's Lunch, honor for past, present, and future firemen, Wellsville's Roundhouse, the River Museum, Wellsville High School, Nick's Pizza, the Wellsville American Legion Post 70 Drill Team-Firing Squad as national champions in 1975 and 1976, MacDonald School, the Class of 1958 as the last class to graduate at Third and Lisbon, Bevo Francis setting the NCAA record with 113 points in one game on February 2, 1954, which he still holds, Safeway Taxi, the Henry Aten House as the oldest home in Columbiana County, the Riverview Hotel, Jim's Hide-Away Bar, the Civil War, the capture of Pretty Boy Floyd and Adam Richetti, "Lincoln Arrives," and the Wellsville Station ticket window.
