Saddle River County Park is a 596-acre regional park in Bergen County, New Jersey, extending along the Saddle River from Ridgewood to Rochelle Park, with an additional section in Glen Rock. Organized as five linked sections rather than one continuous tract, it functions as a linear recreational corridor through several communities. Its main feature is 6.8 miles of paved trail for walking and bicycling, separated from traffic and supported by bridges, underpasses, benches, water fountains, and bathrooms. The park also includes ponds, a lake, a small waterfall, sports and picnic facilities, side trails, and popular fishing spots, making it an important everyday recreation space.
