Fishing Bridge Museum in Yellowstone National Park, near Fishing Bridge in Wyoming, is one of the park’s early roadside museums created to introduce travelers to Yellowstone’s landscape and wildlife. Completed in 1931 and designed by architect Herbert Maier in the National Park Service Rustic style, it is the largest of Yellowstone’s trailside museums. Its exhibits have included stuffed birds and animals found in the park, reflecting its original natural history role. The museum is historically linked with the Norris and Madison museums through the 1987 National Historic Landmark designation for all three and continues to serve visitors today.
