Deception Falls is a 94-foot waterfall on Deception Creek in Washington’s Stevens Pass area, within the Mount Baker–Snoqualmie National Forest. At about 1,856 feet above sea level, it is reached by a short hiking trail from a nearby parking area. The falls lie along Highway 2, roughly midway between Skykomish and the Stevens Pass ski resort, with access from the Deception Creek Trailhead off Forest Road 6088. Just below the falls, Deception Creek meets the Tye River. Though the waterflow may dry up late in the season, the trail stays open through summer and fall, and the site is near the Pacific Crest Trail.
