Cedar Swamp Covered Bridge was a rare Vermont covered bridge spanning the town line between Cornwall and Salisbury over Otter Creek. Built in 1864–1865 as a single-span Town lattice truss, it was the only surviving 19th-century covered bridge in either town and remained notable for its rural setting, marble abutments, elliptical arch portals, and metal roof. Recognized on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and refurbished in 2007–2008, it represented a long-lived piece of Vermont transportation history. That history ended in September 2016, when fire severely damaged and destroyed the bridge.
