Astronaut Memorial Planetarium and Observatory was a science and education center on the Eastern Florida State College campus in Cocoa, Florida, combining a planetarium, public observatory, large-screen theater, exhibit halls, a multimedia classroom, and an art gallery. Its 210-seat planetarium theater recreated the night sky for astronomy programs serving local schools and the public, while a 24-inch Ritchey–Chrétien telescope let staff and Brevard Astronomical Society members show visitors celestial objects. The complex also featured science films, museum-style space exhibits, and space-themed art. After minor damage from Hurricane Irma in 2017, failed restoration efforts, and worsening infrastructure, the facility was demolished in 2022, with a replacement planetarium likely to be built.
