Crawford State Park Heritage Site is a 40-acre Washington state park on the Canada–United States border, about 11 miles north of Metaline. Its centerpiece is Gardner Cave, one of the state's longest natural limestone caves, extending about 2,072 feet and featuring stalactites, stalagmites, rimstone pools, and flowstone. The cave is named for Ed Gardner, who reportedly discovered it around 1899. The park is named for William Crawford, who acquired the property and deeded it to the state in 1921. The site remains open today, with guided cave tours offered seasonally.
