In memory of Hualapai ancestors who fought against cultural genocide with bravery and foresight, sacrificing their lives so the Hualapai people's survival may continue today and forever. This location was a temporary internment camp for the Hualapai people until the infamous forced march of the La Paz Trail of Tears on April 21, 1874.
