The Centennial Bridge was built in 1987 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Cottage Grove. Volunteers built it with recycled timbers from the Brumbaugh and Meadows bridges, and donations paid for it. Its Howe truss spans 84 feet and rests on abutments from an earlier Main Street Bridge.
