Matty Price Hill is a 906-foot mountain in Bergen County, New Jersey, within the Ramapo Mountains. From its summit, it overlooks the Ramapo River to the southeast. Though one of the smaller named elevations in the Ramapo range, it forms part of the rugged uplands that run along the New Jersey–New York border. Its significance lies less in prominence as an isolated peak than in its place within the broken high ground that helps shape the river valley below.
