Devil's Head Lookout is a U.S. Forest Service fire lookout tower atop Devils Head in Pike National Forest, occupying the highest point of the Rampart Range on a granite pinnacle at 9,748 feet. A fire station was established there in 1912, an original tower was built in 1919, and the current lookout replaced it in 1951. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991, it remains the last fire lookout still in service along Colorado's Front Range. Its dramatic setting, sweeping views of at least 100 miles on clear days, and steep final climb have made it one of the region's best-known lookout sites.
