Reynolds Mound

Reynolds Mound was part of the Adena culture, which flourished from about 800 B.C. to 100 A.D. It is dedicated as a permanent Archaeological Preserve. It is named for Lynden E. Reynolds and his wife, Mildred Pritchard Reynolds, who preserved the mound for many years, and whose children donated it in their honor to The Archaeological Conservancy on April 1, 1992.
