The Social Hall was built in 1898 for operas, plays, speeches, concerts, banquets, and Saturday night dances. The 1st and 2nd Ward Relief Societies owned the building from 1916-1941. Later, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints used the building for a Bishop's Storehouse and cannery. The building is now owned by Midway Boosters and used for Swiss Days baking and storage, Midway Swiss Bells practices, and community meetings.
