Michael A. Musmanno lived here and became a noted jurist who served as a Pennsylvania Supreme Court justice from 1952 to 1968, was a presiding judge for the War Crimes Tribunal in Nuremberg from 1947 to 1948, served as a state legislator from 1929 to 1931, was a veteran of two World Wars, authored 16 books, and was buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
