Built in 1795 by first settler Abel Owen, the house was moved to this location in 1830 by Lemuel Steward using 16 yoke of oxen. In 1923 it became Moon’s Mountain Top House-Inn, and in 1987 it became the Grafton Inn Bed and Breakfast.
