During the Korean War from 1950 to 1953, PFC William Lawson of the U.S. Army, born 14 Feb. 1925, died 10 Sept. 1950; Cpl. Kenneth H. Drew of the U.S. Army, born 19 May 1932, died 3 Dec. 1950; and PFC A. Harvey Lamoureux of the U.S. Army, born 14 Dec. 1932, died 13 June 1953. The dead were remembered with the words, “Freedom Is Not Free.”
