This two-acre site preserves a visible link to early Garden Grove. Edward G. Ware settled here in 1876 and became a prominent rancher. His daughter, L. Agnes Ware Stanley, was an early school teacher. The Stanley family deeded the site to the Garden Grove Historical Society in 1970.
