Nature
Mount Rockwell is a 9,277-foot mountain in the Lewis Range of Glacier National Park in Montana, standing on the Continental Divide with Aurice Lake just west of the peak. Among the Blackfeet it is also known as Rising Bull Mountain. Its English name honors a Blackfeet chief who spent several winters with the Flathead people of his wife, was later appointed one of their chiefs, and was remembered for both bravery and a kind, generous nature.
