Belfair State Park is a public recreation area on Hood Canal in Washington, about three miles southwest of Belfair. Spanning ninety-four acres of tidal flats, wetlands, and beaches, it includes three thousand seven hundred twenty feet of shoreline shaped by a coastal setting with broad intertidal areas. Its landscape supports recreation closely connected to the water and tides, including camping, fishing, swimming, clam digging, and crabbing. The wetlands and shore also attract birdwatching, while field sports add to its mix of uses. Together these features make it a place that combines shoreline access, open space, and varied outdoor activity.
