The American Angora Goat Breeders' Assn. was formed in Missouri in 1898, moved to Texas in 1924, and relocated to Rocksprings in 1926. Its headquarters houses complete records on Angora goats registered in the U.S. and displays pictures of breeders and champion goats. It became a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark in 1965.
