Bistline Covered Bridge, also known as Flickinger's Mill Covered Bridge, is a historic wooden covered bridge near Blain in southwest Madison Township, Pennsylvania, spanning Shermans Creek. Built around 1871 as a Burr Truss bridge, it reflects a durable design widely used for covered bridges in the 19th century. Its 96-foot length and rural setting represent Pennsylvania’s long tradition of wooden bridge construction. The bridge gained national recognition in 1980 when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places, affirming its importance as a surviving example of regional bridge-building history.
