Lory State Park is a Colorado state park west of Fort Collins, lying west of Horsetooth Reservoir and north of Horsetooth Mountain Park. It is known as an outdoor recreation area for mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, and rock climbing. A distinctive feature is its in-park bike park, which includes dirt jumping, a pump track, and a skills area, broadening its appeal beyond a typical trailhead-based park. Today it serves as a popular base for active recreation near Fort Collins and the Horsetooth landscape.
