Constructed circa 1870, the Thomas P. Huff House exemplifies the Victorian era Tuscan Villa style. The site also includes a circa 1800 three-bay Dutch barn, 1870 corn crib, and other agricultural buildings. The farmstead historically operated as a grain- and dairy-producing farm that also raised livestock. It is representative of an evolving 19th- and early 20th-century farmstead that embodies changing agricultural practices.
