The Columbia River Exhibition of History, Science, and Technology, known as CREHST, was a nonprofit museum and science center in Richland, Washington, centered on the history, science, and geology of the Columbia Basin and nearby region. Founded in 1995 after the Hanford Science Center closed, it created permanent exhibits on the Hanford Site, Richland, and the geology of the Pacific Northwest. Its mission reflected a landscape shaped by nuclear history, river environments, and regional growth. Although it closed on January 31, 2014, its work continued when it transitioned into the Hanford Reach Interpretive Center, which opened in July 2014 and received many of its exhibits.
