Stuffley Knob is a mountain in eastern Kentucky and the highest point in Johnson County, reaching 1,496 feet above sea level. Its summit lies about eight miles west of Paintsville, just off U.S. Route 460. Though not especially high in broader terms, it is locally significant as the county’s tallest summit.
