Cabin Run Covered Bridge in Point Pleasant, Plumstead Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, was built in 1871 to carry a road across Cabin Run. A modest covered bridge using a Town truss design, it measures 82 feet long and 15 feet wide and stands downstream from Loux Covered Bridge. Its covered form reflects a 19th-century method of shielding timber bridges from weather to prolong their service life. Recognized for its historic and engineering importance, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 1, 1980, and is also documented by the Historic American Engineering Record.
