Constructed in 1905 for Lewis and Lydia Lund, this two-story brick Victorian Eclectic style house replaced a small adobe dwelling they had lived in since 1894. Lewis Lund was a prominent businessman, banker, livestockman, and one-time mayor of Pleasant Grove, and he was well known for a horse breeding business that produced some of the best draft horses in the area. The house is one of several of this type built in Pleasant Grove between 1902 and 1908, and the property retains its historic architectural integrity as a contributing resource within the Pleasant Grove Historic District.
