This dedication honored all veterans of World War II on December 7, 1991, in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. It was presented to the Borough of Bantam, Connecticut, by Tyler-Seward-Kubish Post 44 American Legion, and included an M1 57mm anti tank gun from 1942.
