The Stratford Disabled American Veterans Memorial honors all disabled American veterans who served in all wars and conflicts of the United States of America. It was dedicated by Charles K. Merritt Chapter No. 20, Disabled American Veterans, Stratford, Connecticut, and bears the words, “If I cannot speak good of my comrade I will not speak ill of him.”
