Miami Whitewater Forest is a 4,345-acre regional park in Hamilton County, Ohio, northwest of Cincinnati and the largest park in the Great Parks of Hamilton County system. Known for varied outdoor recreation, it features the 7.8-mile paved Shaker Trace Trail, additional shorter trails, a golf course, horseback riding, sports areas, and a 46-acre campground with 46 modern campsites that have electric hookups and fire pits. The park has expanded its amenities over time, including a brush recycling center and fishing ponds for bluegill added in 2009, and a dog park opened in 2015 as the second in the county park system.
